Widgets don't work

Paid for premium. When I edit widgets and select event, it tells me there are no events. I have 4 countdowns set and it doesn't register any of them

No Widget: Paid the subscription

I just discovered this app, downloaded and paid the subscription. I keep forgetting friends and family’s birthdays so I need a working app to help me remind myself and it is very effective to have a widget appears on my front phone’s screen…..but this isn’t the case for this app! The WIDGET function is NOT WORKING…it’s just BLANK… Please correct the issue or at least refund my money back..
