Need to pay 6.99 to get the app and then need to sign up for monthly or yearly subscription to view anything. Unfortunately I found this to be pretty deceptive.
Not able to use
I paid 4.99 to download the app then couldn’t use it without signing up for a subscription.
Pay for app then pay for subscription
Not impressed… paid $7 for an app - to see nothing and then only option is to be charged a subscription fee… why not a free app and add the $7 to the cost people pay for year/week. I find this deceptive. I’m already annoyed and regret my purchase.

Great help for keeping up with apps, content, and culture for kids
They do a great job of staying up to speed on all new games, movies, cultural issues, etc… send out great summarized messages at a good frequency
Ads everywhere
Come on, with the subscription payments covering costs why do you need ads popping up all over every post (even full screen!?) making it torturous to get through one notice!
A Must for Moms
This App. is a fantastic resource for Moms. If you have children, you need to download this app. Movies, toys, TV Shows, books, these are just a few examples of things that are discussed in relation to our society today. It’s important to know what exactly is being targeted at your children, and this app. brings any things to light.

This app keeps me informed. It is timely so we can have conversations with our children before it is too late. There is so much out there and they break it down. I love the advice given at the end of each article on how to biblically handle the situation.

I’m so thankful for this app! There have been so many times an alert pops up and I immediately get to take action on the information I’m given! I love being able to filter through my kids entertainment and give them better options and this app really helps me do that.

Im not a mom currently but I really like this app and its really good to stay informed on everything thats going on in the world today and have a true view of whats going on behind the scenes. Also has all biblical standpoints in the writings so i appreciate that.

This app is an amazing tool for concerned Christian parents! We want to be informed and want to fight against the liberal agenda that’s trying to brainwash and invalidate all that parents are trying to teach their kids about Gods Word and his principles! I highly recommend this app!
Great Ap for staying informed on harmful content
This app is great for staying current on what’s out there that is damaging to young audiences. Christ-centered focus. Love this app.
Really nice but constantly crashes
I really liked the idea of having an app that I could go to and see warnings. However, I wasn’t really impressed when every time I click the search bar, the app crashes. Not sure what’s going on there. I’d love to search and see reviews for things my kids are actually watching to see if there’s a review on it. Would be a great app if this was fixed.

Stress-relieving app! Life is so crazy-busy it’s hard to keep track of what’s coming out that I should be wary of and what to steer kids towards. This app warns not only of dangerous pop culture material, but also makes solid recommendations for wholesome, fun entertainment. I like that Counter Culture Mom does the research for me. Thank you!

Pretty lame
If you would like to make sure your child grows up to be a sex deprived psycho that goes on a rampage in college because they've been sheltered like a nun their entire life and finally have freedom from overbearing parents, this is for you! Great tips on making sure they only have the perspective of a reality that doesn't exist. Teens have sex. They party. It happens. So grow up seriously. If you think they don't know what you are doing, wake up. They will resent you later for making life G rated for them.
