Does exactly what it says

It does have ads, but they’re just banner ads, and they are surprisingly unobtrusive. I use this to count my rows for knitting and crocheting and the app is very user friendly

Very good!

Genuinely a very useful app. Easy to use. You can have TONS of different counters when you need to count multiple different types of things. There’s no ads. Well, there’s an ad displayed at the bottom but you aren’t getting molested by ads being crammed down your throat. It’s very subtle.
