This app was recommended by ChatGPT when I was trying to find a counter app that had a widget to allow control from the Lock Screen on my iPhone 16. I was working a seven day event and wanted to tally how many people I helped each day but wanted to avoid the hassle of unlocking the phone every single time. Figuring out how to change the source counter the widget was pointing to took some figuring out (I made a new counter for each day) but after that it was flawless! Found a CSV bug with counters using names with invalid characters and the developer responded back within a day and I was able to export. Will definitely keep using this!!

“Reset Counter” setting doesn’t work

The option to reset my counter every 24 hours doesn’t work at all.

Other than that, the UI is decent and the Lock Screen widget lets me count up/down. It just never resets. It would make sense for the 24h mark to happen at midnight or 3am or something, but it doesn’t appear to work at all.

I’m hesitant to buy the “PRO” version because I can’t be sure any of the locked functions work if the basic functions don’t.

Hello. Please contact support via the app menu. This is the first report indicating that the reset isn't working. A "reset after 24 hours" means that 24 hours will elapse from the moment the counter was last changed. To perform the reset at a specific time, there is a "reset at a scheduled time" option.

Это идеально! Решил посмотреть сколько выкуриваю сигарет в день чтобы потихоньку начинать снижать их количество. Искал просто возможность выставить виджет с кнопкой плюс на экран и количеством нажатий! Приложение оправдало все ожидания! Поддержу разработчика покупкой! Спасибо 🙏

Неполадки

После обновления виджет перестал работать.. На экране блокировки не высвечивается. На главном экране виджет показывает 0, а при входе в приложение показывает уже цифру , которую фиксировала нажатиями на +. Скорее, какие-то неполадки.. Надеюсь, что разработчики исправят. Это приложение очень помогает в моей работе, к тому же это приложения и виджеты сами по себе удобны 👏🏻

Здравствуйте, по описанию похоже на стандартный сбой AppStore при обновлении. Нужно или перезагрузить iPhone , а если не поможет, то переустановить приложение. Чтобы не потерять при этом данные в меню есть функция бекапа. Если не поможет, напишите в поддержку о проблеме из меню приложения.
