Great minus the mobile deposit
It is great minus the mobile deposit. you have to wait to do the back twice every time.
Check amount IS correct
I suppose you only review when it’s bad. I’ve been trying to deposit a check all day, and every time I receive an error message saying the amount I entered doesn’t match the “amount detected” from the picture captured. Since it’s snowed, it would be handy to cash my check like I’ve done before.

Auto capture is 90° off
This app used to be 5 stars. But a recent upgrade screwed up the auto capture of check deposit. iPhone at least. I have to monkey with it until I’m allowed to manually take the picture. The capture is rotated 90° and if I rotate my camera, the capture also rotates. Frustrating. Fix that? 5-stars!!
FACE ID
Look the app is great. Sometimes it’s a little slow. But it’s a great banking app. But Face ID comes and goes. It’s strange. Sometimes face id will pop up and then there will be a month straight where I have to manually enter my passcode. Please fix. I like my face ID :)

Taking an image other than manually stinks. I always hv to go to manual to take the image. Go back to what you had.
Camera orientation
While submitting a check for deposit the camera view doesn’t auto adjust to full screen landscape orientation.

Regarding new update
Was hoping the new update would have the text size within the app larger. It’s kind of small. I can change it in my phone settings but that changes it for everything in my phone which I don’t need
Looks nicer, still straightforward
Looks like the app was just updated and everything looks a little nicer, but no drastic changes so I can still find what I need. The mobile app has always had great features, from a community bank I trust.
Love this app
Love the fact that i can check my purchases, deposit my checks and transfer money all without going to the bank, 24-7. I work nights and am not usually out and about during regular banking hours. This is perfect. The employees are all super nice and helpful whenever i have had an issue or needed help over the phone. I highly reccament country bank I’ve had several different Banks in the past and i ask truly happy with country bank. THANK YOU

Great when it’s not broken which seems to be more often that not and i can’t even go to the branch by my house because it’s closing.
