I like this because it allows the viewer to see what countries can do and if you want to know something about a specific country you can find it.

Good, needs more
Awesome idea, cool interface. needs some explanation as to what the numbers indicate. for example, the positive and negative numbers seem to be based upon deltas across a mean, but the baseline is not indicated. will be really interesting if some explanation is added as to how the system works.
