HORRIBLE Business Banking App
If zero stars were an option, that would be the rating. The app rarely works correctly, constantly has to be deleted and redownloaded and doesn’t sync correctly with most API payment systems. As a small business owner, the app is the main reason I am transferring banks!

Overall the app seems ok but not having the ability to link personal accounts and business accounts into 1 screen is a deal breaker. Our current Bank of the West has offered this ability for 10 years. Just one login for access to all accounts, easily transfer money from each account. Seems like this would be a simple idea to fix. Guess we will have to find another bank.

The lack of Touch ID integration is a major failure for this app. Be prepared to enter your company ID and password every single time you want to use the app. Convienent? Not.
