Aside from defaulting to Ireland (which I assume is just patriotism), this app does exactly what it's meant to do.
Doesn't allow text or numerical input.
Nice for scrolling through. Needs to accept multiple input methods.
Doesn't Work
I have never been able to use this app on either iPod Touch or iPod without having it crash. As a bonus, it usually freezes my iPod and requires a re-start as well.
