Terrible buggy app, great magazine
This app is stuck in design from like 5 years ago and makes for a bad viewing experience. The magazine is wonderful but the app freezes regularly, crashes frequently. It needs a rework. Friends and I regularly complain to each other about how frustrating it is - when what we really want to talk about is this gem of a magazine. Please, please fix this.

Poorly Made App
The Country Living Magazine app is so so poorly made. It often times out requiring several restarts. It doesn’t scroll through like an article and it doesn’t “flip” a page either. And I can almost never access older prints without having to download several times before it actually allows me to see.

I’ve had it
I bought a print and digital subscription today and have tried to read an article on line.. well low and behold that isn’t allowed until you sign you up and get another account since the print and digital are two separate things. OK fine. To get into the digital side they want my email and zip code which isn’t recognized. This is extremely frustrating since I have already signed in and have paid for the darn thing. I am canceling this thing. Really the left hand should know what the right hand is doing.

Bad service
I subscribed to Country Living & House Beautiful for literally decades. All of a sudden the print magazines stopped coming. I would call customer service. They would extend my subscription and nothing. So disappointed. Can’t access the online version even after subscribing. Hearst has really dropped the ball.

More Color
Nice layout but the “All white walls” has gotten old. It’s time to put some life back into the homes with color.
No response to sign in problems
I am a long time subscriber to Country Living. When I originally got my iPad, I downloaded the app and loved it. Somewhere along the line, I was “kicked” out and could not remember my login credentials. I have tried several times to contact CL to find out how to change my login info so I can continue to use the app. There has been no response. They have recently started sending me emails advising the latest issue is available but then I have to read it in Safari which doesn’t have the features of the app.

This may sound like a good thing to have on you phone tablet or on your computer but it’s actually really stupid they are going to make you pay 5 dollars to even look at a magazine which I think is really stupid I mean if you going to make us pay for the magazine then why not just make us pay for the app instead😡😡😡🤬

Very disappointed with only 2 or 3 actual articles. I thought this was a full magazine.

I’ve just subscribed to CL Digital for $5 for the Year! I’m in Canada, and I was only able to down Load the US app on my iPhone...CL will not accept my email....

I purchased this magazine today but cannot get it to download as it says there’s an error with my email or password. Help!

The app doesn’t work
I am so disappointed in this app! I am not getting the latest version of the magazine and when I try to complete the “help” page....my email will not send. I will be canceling.
PLEASE FIX THIS APP
Since the most recent software update, I cannot access the three most recent issues. I have reported the problem to the publisher but they have not fixed it. My subscription is active and paid through next summer. Other reviewers are reporting the same problem. PLEASE FIX IT.
Membership start
Ipaid for a membership in January and these people couldnt even give me access tothe January issue, they are making me wait to February have access to the february issue, tome thats pretty crappycustomer service, House beautiful magazine gave me access to the current issue right away. Will not be renewing country living.

Subscribed to CL to get decorating inspiration and great recipes. Mostly just getting continuous advertising thrown at me. Very disappointed in this subscription.
