Love this magazine- so many ideas for around the home and garden, and love that it’s now accessible via online subscription.

Unfortunately this app is so painful to use I can hardly bare the million attempts to download my monthly magazine.
App refuses to download then it’ll download but not install and close itself down.

Staff unprofessional and not helpful
Tried to renew my subscription, spent huge amount of time on phone with overseas contact of country style who could not communicate very well. She did ask for my contact number in case I was disconnected….after 45 mins with still no renewal I was disconnected and she did not call back….result is I will not renew or purchase any magazine from Magshop ever again and will recommend others do not purchase either.

Only 1 star because I can’t put none. Lost access - no response from repeated emails
I can no longer download any new content and have lost access to all my old editions. The subscription has been paid for another 6/7 months but are media won’t respond to repeated emails queries! So p**d off - will never subscribe again!

Love the magazine, HATE the APP
I have now had repeated problems with the app for this magazine. I’d much prefer to maintain an electronic subscription - no paper waste and you can take the magazines with you easily wherever you go! But I often can’t access the new editions until WEEKS after the print version comes out and that is just frustrating! Today is the 27th July - and I know the print version of the August magazine had been on sale in shops for 2 weeks+ but I STILL cannot get this on my iPad (and it is an iPad Pro and I have all the relevant updates and a good internet connection).
This simply isn’t good enough and I will not longer be subscribing to use this app! To add insult to this situation I have emailed CountryStyle Magazine directly for help and assistance - 5 days ago and no one has even bothered responding!

Won’t restore purchases
I love country style magazine but I’ve noticed that the new magazine didn’t show up in my app and that my previous 12 month issues purchases were no longer available to download. When I deleted and reinstalled the app I could no longer download the last issue I had downloaded and restore purchase did nothing. I followed all the instructions given by the help team but still no joy. My subscription was only renewed in May so I’m feeling a bit ripped off!

Terrible app
Very disappointed in this app. I keep emailing them to tell them it crashes continually and they just pretty much say it's my fault. I want my money back! Fix your app! Not good enough!

Can not down load new app just goes to App Store where I try too tap and down load and nothing happens please help
