Good but could be better!
This game did not live up to the other similar games by this company. When you click on an item you need to purchase, there is no idea of what it costs to purchase the item unless you do NOT have the resources to purchase the item. You find out when you click whether you have the resources needed or not but that’s the only way to find out what resources are needed. We should be able to decide IF we want to spend that resource on the item BEFORE we spend our resources! EDIT: you can hover over the item to see what it will costs. Don’t love this though.
Also, you have no way to see what resources you will need to destroy buildings, animals or people until you have removed whatever is blocking the path to get to those items. This doesn’t give time to prepare.
Also, when you finish a level and it takes you to the main page, it takes you all the way back to level one and you have to scroll to get to the next level. This game was not well-thought out! Other than those things…great game play.

I love time management games and this one is fun and somewhat challenging at times.

This is a fun game to play. Wish I had more levels to it, but for some reason whenever they make these games, they only make a few levels to it not a lot.

The bonus games feel like a waste of time; nothing but wandering around and around. It’s nicely drawn, but doesn’t have the same sense of fun that CT1 has. Also, the game insists that there are tools hidden in each bonus level. Nope. I quit playing the bonus games. They are too annoying.

Hi, seek for small wooden chest on each level. It's not 100% hidden and it's accented with some white sparkles around it.
Enjoy game but some levels too hard
I can’t seem to find anywhere that says what the power ups that you earn in bonus levels do. One is extra time, but how much? One looks like extra money, but how much? Don’t know what the other two do.
I do appreciate the games though, when they offer you the relaxed level. Sometimes I just want to mindlessly build things and play-it’s very frustrating to buy a game and then never finish it, because you can’t pass one of the levels. So thanks for that.
I will probably never get through the hardest timed levels, you guys just make it too hard for us novices, but I will enjoy playing the relaxed levels.

Tools?
Where are the supposed hidden tools? They are very well hidden; I can’t find ONE! Why are there notices popping up that are not in English? Nicely drawn, but not quite as enjoyable as CT1.

The game play is in English but the pop ups, from which you have to make a choice, are not so it is difficult to play

this is a fun game, I love the little treasures and stuff we have to find on each level. How many levels are there total?
Wasn’t sure I was going to like it.
The game play and features are very different from other games by this developer. It took me a little time before I caught on and then I began to enjoy the game. This is a nice addition to the family of games and one I’ll enjoy playing again and again.

However, once you get so far through the extreme mode, the game crashes on opening when you try to go back in to finish

Country Tales 2: A New Frontier
Great game. The only problem I have is I cannot find the tools they say are on levels. Some of the levels especially the bonus are too dark. I still love the games. Keep up the good work
Game keeps resetting
I get into the middle of a game and then the app crashes and I have to restart
Fun game
I do enjoy all of these types of games. This one is very fun. My one issue is that on bonus level 9, it won’t let you build a doctor’s office but that is the goal…? Maybe I’m missing something. Other than that, very great game.
Fantastic Game!
As far as I have played it, this is a fantastic game I own all of Cateia / Fortune Cookie time management games and this is head and shoulders above it. Give it a shot! For the price of a lunch or less, what do you have to lose?
Graphics are better, gameplay is similar, with some additions (bonus powers among them)-all around great!
