There’s a bug when I choose USA it takes forever to load and I haven’t been able to play the game so could you please fix that

I don’t know how good this game is but I will rate it 5 star so I don’t tank the reviews. I wanted to notify the developer that my screen freezes before I can even get to play. I’m not sure if this happens to anyone else but this looks like a great game and I would really love to play it sometime.

I like the game but when I download it, I choose my character in username and then it shows me the first screen and then crashes I get off of the game fine but when I delete it and re-download it same thing happened don’t know what’s happening I need support
