Update messed everything up
I don’t know what was done in the updates, but it was fine before. The formatting is way off so you can’t read it because it’s too big of a font. There’s no space to enter identifiers, and username/password aren’t remembered like it was before for ease of access.
The app is not working properly; and the garbage is not picked for two weeks in a raw already.
They do not pick up garbage a week after week; they provide verbal blurb with an open ticket,- nothing else; however, they charge timely. How do they survive ? 🤔 Government needs to step in and deal with this Oligopoly snake 🐍. Amazing….

The app would be more useful if it sent notification a night earlier than the night before the pick up. Otherwise they are great company and I have used them for years. Very reliable

Bill pay broken
Bill pay doesn’t work. Sends you to a dead webpage. It is the only reason I have the app

I have used County Waste since I have lived here 21 years and they have been great, they are very reliable and reasonably priced.
The garbage cans are also a perfect size for a normal family not too small not too big.
I love the new app to remind me when pickup is because sometimes when there is a holiday it may not be a holiday for garbage pick up. I also love the auto pay online to keep track of my payment history.

So far so good
I just moved so started service about a month ago. I’m super impressed with the app for communication as well as the weekly reminders about Garbage. Today I just received communication that our pick up would be delayed by a day because of the weather-I think that’s a pretty amazing service to let customers know that

I halve been using County Waste for over thirty years. They have been very dependable and every time that they are scheduled to pick up my trash, they can always be depended to be steady and reliable. Other trash companies have come and gone over the years, but I have stayed with their services.

Missed pickup
Called twice emailed twice. They never picked up until the following week. I wouldn’t recommend for a new customer.

Missed pickup
My regular pickup was somehow missed. I used the county waste app to report it. I immediately received an email telling me I would have my trash picked up within 24-48 hrs. True to their word. They picked up my trash. I was pleasantly surprised as it was already Saturday morning and I didn’t think they would come. Thank you county waste 😊
