I greatly appreciate Countybank’s attentive response to fraudulent activity. Unfortunately, the app has caused confusion and uncertainty with the accuracy of the balance in my accounts consistently. It’s as if fraudulent activity may have occurred with in at some point. The amount in the balance and available amount are consistently incorrect. This is exhausting. I will not discuss the atm shenanigans.

I LOVE THE COUNTY BANK APP AND USE IT TO BALANCE OUR ACCOUNT. I HAVE HAD A CHECKING ACCOUNT WITH THE COUNTY BANK FOR MORE THAN 40+ YEARS AND LOVE THE EASE OF USING THE APP AND ALSO THE FOLK I HAVE HAD DEALINGS WITH INSIDE THE BANK ITSELF. THEY ARE ALWAYS VERY FRIENDLY AND MOST HELPFUL!!!!

Not impressed
Not user friendly. I prefer the older version of the app and am seriously considering switching to a different online banking.
Super Easy to Set Up and Use
I’m a new CountyBank customer, and I found this banking app super easy to set up and use.
App won’t load
Lately it will accept my fave but the actual data doesn’t load. It feels like a timeout issue, but it is a terrible user experience.

This app does a very good job with the basics. Where it struggles is with secondary functions like viewing a check or dealing with BillPay details. I still have to go to the laptop browser for these functions.

Worse than before. Limited and the transferring function seems very poorly constructed. United uses the same program and has so much more to offer their patrons

Half the time the app doesn’t load. When it does, half the time is crashes. Unreliable. The bank itself is great, but the app is not to the same standard

A feature lacking here is available everywhere else ; the ability to lock a debit card . Also the password is very sensitive. Mess up and get locked out fast .
