What a joke…
The “first free session” messed up after I answered the very first question asked. After responding with the same “unfortunately, I’ve run into a snag” song and dance, the very last message was “let’s try to reconnect”, which I thought meant to close that chat and reconnect with the app. Well, I’m wrong! That was my free trial LOL Are you serious?!? No thanks.
