Horrible
I have never written a bad review for anything. If I could give it zero stars I would. I have also paid for premium and it’s not there. I paid for the whole year. I’m not able to cancel it with Apple. I need to contact the app company. I should be able to get I what I paid for and not get this run around. I’m beyond frustrated. I would hope they read these reviews but sadly I don’t think they do!

Attempted charges
You keep attempting to charge me different amounts for this app and I cancelled prior to the trial ending. PLEASE STOP IMMEDIATELY!!! This is scam activity!
Struggling with use of app
I have paid for the premium and have tried to restore the purchase for it it work, sadly it’s not working. I went to contact support and there’s no email/phone for me to reach out and contact someone. Every time I click the contact link it sadly does not work. Advise would be most welcomed. Love the concept of the app just need to be able to use it to the extent I’m paying for.

Problems
The app overall is a great idea but there’s issues with the adding to albums, I have enough space and my email is verified my partner can add and see the albums but I cannot not can I add it takes ages to load and even on my data it’s refusing to load but aside the album the only thing it’s good for is the shared planner

Hi, Ads can be bit annoying, but this help us further improve Coupled. If they really do bother you, you can disable them by purchasing. This will also unlocks all the premium features for both you and your partner's account. Email us at support@sociosoftware.com if you need help.
The app would let either one of us log in.. luckily didn’t waste too much time on it.
We tried to use the app . We both created profiles and but when we put in our codes
the app would not accept either one .
Yes we know it is case sensitive and made sure to post them appropriately but on both of our phones it said waiting for the other to respond.

Hello, sorry to hear that. We have an updated Coupled version on the App store. We've added chat improvements like read indicator, reply to message, and other new features.
Love it
The only thing they should add is gif’s in the text and more customization options. The app is great for couples. Def would recommend.
App is acting funky- possibly glitch
The app seems to have like a problem where months shows 2 times like May and if I want to go to June it goes to May and then if I go to the following app it shows July
More Potential
The app is very lovely designed, and good to navigate. I was searching long for a couple app I feel satisfied with.
But there is some stuff I miss:
It would be better to be able to upload more than just one picture to the gallery. When you have lovely moments it’s a bit annoying to upload 20 pictures one by one.
The video chat is not working properly for now (at premium version) we don’t see each other just hear.
The emojis are very tiny for now, maybe you can size them up a bit and bring more ? :)
It’s not possible to write a suggestion in the mail, when I press the „mail“ button nothing happens. That’s why I write it hear.
It would be great to set up reminders for the partner so it pops up as notification on the partners phone.
That’s it for now, I will test it more and try to reach you otherwise.

Great for the forgetful guy
This is a good idea. My wife and I can talk/ video chat as well as keep each other posted. We can share photo albums and do things a little more privately than A social media app. Plus I can remember all important dates like the ones she just knows.
Practical and FUN 👍
My husband and I created our own individual profiles, and then our Couple profile: things like when we met, marriage date etc., etc. We haven’t managed to run out of things the add yet. So there’s no more excuses for your other half forgetting important dates!!!
We still fairly new to the App and are having fun working out all the bells and whistles. We’ve done a lot of reminiscing.
Important appointments / meetings that both need to know about, or attend / coordinate, can easily be added and easily viewed in the calendar.
It’s especially great if you have to carefully manage your schedule around kids pickups & drop offs; sporting events; sleepovers etc, and both can clearly see who is responsible for being the adult, and at what fay/time etc. same is true for any individual or coupled event .
The app also features the ability for the couple to further their coordination aspects, via built in text and video functions.
I’m still learning, but it looks like an app that I’m surprised I haven’t come across.
Last note: While I give it 5 stars, I think I will probably upgrade to premium. The Ads just bug me
