Hello! We understand your frustration. Since the yearly subscription has already been charged, you'll need to contact Apple directly for a refund through your iTunes purchase history. Once the refund is processed, the lifetime purchase option should become available for you in the app. If you still can't see the lifetime option after the refund, please email us at support@wellcode.it, and we will certainly help you out.
