Now mandates a purchase

I have been using this app for YEARS under the free version, and now that is no longer available. You HAVE to pay for it now! Absolutely ridiculous. Not happening.

Clunky UI, good concept

I wanted to use this app for manual entry of coupon codes that donโ€™t have a barcode that I get from small businesses. So I canโ€™t scan a barcode, but when I manually add a coupon I need an image, but it wonโ€™t let me choose an image from my photos or โ€œsearchโ€ for a photo to use. (Where would the searched photos come from anyway? Google?) You always need to add some amount of money in the โ€œSavings amountโ€ category, even if the coupon is for โ€œ15% offโ€ or โ€œfree shippingโ€ and is therefore not applicable. I like the ability to save and search for words used within the coupon, but the app really needs work.

Pointless

I thought this was an app to store the coupons so I could use them from my phone and not have to lug around a bunch of tiny slips of paper. Nope. It just tells you which coupons you have, it doesnโ€™t store the actual coupon on your phone. What is the point of that? Useless entirely.

Actually recognizes paper coupons

This app is the ONLY one Iโ€™ve found which consistently provides the actual information about a paper coupon - such as expiration date, the product, the terms, etcโ€ฆAll the other apps Iโ€™ve downloaded and tried have failed to provide this information.

Bit annoying for store % or $ off

I hate that thereโ€™s no images to choose from when youโ€™re manually adding a coupon and that you canโ€™t just snap the photo yourself if it doesnโ€™t automatically register. I get a lot of store coupons for a dollar off amount or percentage off an ounce expire on a certain date but Iโ€™m not able to add them because I canโ€™t add an actual image of anything besides one clip art of a grocery bag

FAQ

What does the Coupon Binder app do?

Coupon Binder is designed to help extreme couponers organize and track their physical coupons digitally. It allows users to scan coupon barcodes to automatically load information, import entire coupon inserts from Sunday papers, and search their virtual binder for specific deals.

How do I add coupons to the app?

You can add coupons by using your device's camera to scan the coupon barcode, which will automatically load relevant information from an online database. Additionally, you can import entire coupon inserts from publishers like Red Plum, Smart Source, and Procter & Gamble for a bulk addition of coupons.

Is Coupon Binder free to use?

The app is free to download and offers a 7-day risk-free complementary subscription upon installation. You can extend your subscription through the 'Settings' section, and purchased subscriptions are usable across all your owned iDevices.

What devices are compatible with Coupon Binder?

Coupon Binder requires iOS 11 and an auto-focus camera. It supports iPhone 5S and newer, iPad 5th Gen/Mini 2/Air/Pro and newer, and iPod Touch 6th generation. Older devices that do not support iOS 11 are not compatible.

Can I find coupons for products in-store?

Yes, you can use the 'Coupon Decoder' feature to scan a product's UPC barcode at the store. The app will then search and match your virtual binder for potential savings, providing a convenient way to find relevant coupons while shopping.
