Excellent concept, but slightly confused.

I downloaded this app to get access to restaurants and other businesses that do not offer delivery. The reason I am confused is because my city is not on the list of current markets, yet I can see various restaurants and merchants in my area. So, can I use Courial in Ft. Myers, FL? Thanks.

If Fort Myers, FL isn’t listed as an active market, that means official delivery service isn’t currently supported there — even if you can see nearby restaurants in the app. Some listings may appear based on map data, but orders won’t be available until the market is active. If you’d like confirmation or updates on expansion to Ft. Myers, please reach out to our support team at support@courial.com and they can assist you.

SCAM WITH FAKE REVIEWS

Tried ordering from a restaurant 10 miles away. Three different riders claimed that they “couldn’t get my order” and tried to force me to cancel the order. Called the restaurant- not a single person has attempted to pick it up. Scam app full of liars. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY

No idea what’s going on here

I needed something picked up urgently or I’d lose several hundred dollars so found this app, filled everything out to book a pickup, paid them something like $130 and then they said I need to call or email to book. Fine, so I called and it sounds like someone’s regular phone number and says “voicemail not set up” or such, so I emailed and nobody has responded. I’ve also emailed support for a refund with no response. Hate to throw the word scam around but…?

Update: I did receive a support response after leaving this review (which they asked me to take down - icky).

They said I wasn’t charged, but on my end I certainly was.

The phone number is still dead, as above.

These people have provided me no value, only hassle.

Sorry you had a less than perfect experience, but we did try to assist you and provided proof that you (1) were calling an incorrect number, (2) that we did not charge your credit card; and (3) our correct number is listed on our website and in our help/support section of the app. We would have been happy to not only refund your charge, but offer an inconvience fee for your trouble. However, after investigation, nothing went wrong on our side. The app and our system worked as intended. As you can see, your review appears to be an anomaly. We asked you to remove your review, because your claims were unsubstantiated. We will provide evidence to Apple and they will remove this review in time.
