I think it is a good app but there is one thing.
I like this app, but I wish I could see the whole document without having to pay.

I’m only giving this a 1 star because I’ve clicked “cancel membership” multiple times through settings. It switches back to home page. It keeps trying to charge $60. I’ve been trying to cancel this membership for months!! Please don’t sign up for a membership through this app. Everrr!

The worst App I have ever used, I have to submit my question two or three times to get the answer. 👎
Doesn’t Work
I just purchased this due to all the raving reviews. I’m really struggling in my Chemistry class. Paid $60.00 for an app that doesn’t work. Anytime I try scanning a question to get an answer, it just buffers and will not load any answers. Super annoying for how expensive this app is. So disappointed.

If I could rate it a 0 I would I used this once before added my financial information it continued to charge me in small increments for over a year! Doesn’t work properly.
It takes such a long time to load my answer. Sometimes it even gets my math wrong and can’t solve graphs. I wouldn’t recommend this app.

okay so basically it works well but sometimes it gives wrong answers or just won’t load at all for 20 minutes. use photomath or quizlet instead but other then that it fine

The search box where you type in what you are searching for is not editable. So if you made a single mistake while typing you will have to clear it all and type all over again which can be a pain.

Since the update, I can't log on on the app on my iPad Air but I can log on the website and my iPhone which is totally weird. It keeps telling me I have the wrong email or password which clearly I don't since I'm using it on other platforms just fine.
