Website is Down, App isn’t Great
The Institutes website is constantly down, not allowing you to study for their expensive courses. Go to this app, and it’s missing what you’re paying them for.
No study materials are loading
I was stoked to hear that this has an audio feature since that accommodates my learning style best. However, I have the error message, “We couldn’t load the course catalog. Please check your connection and try again, or contact support if this continues.”
I went to contact support on the app and another error message states, “That didn’t send. Your message is still here. Check your connection and try again.” My Internet connection is fine.
It wouldn’t be such a big deal if you didn’t discontinue the previous studying app before getting the bugs worked out on this one.

Good Tool
I thinks newer so it only has CPCU courses mostly. But, I like the audio for on the go in the car or walking around. The exam questions were about 200 and helpful too.
Disappointing
Doesn’t allow me to download the material it says is available as it says it cannot verify my account- as I am logged in to the site and it shows my current courses. I want to listen to the audio, but the website doesn’t have it, and it refers you to the app. Unable to report a ticket as the reporting does not work either.
Was really excited to use the additional resources but this has been incredibly disappointing.

Useful app so far
Convenient way to study on the go! I’ve been listening to the CPCU 540 material on my walks.
Not useful
This app only works for one course offered by the Institute the AU 60, so if you’re not taking that course, don’t download the app because it’s totally useless
