This app sucks now. Used to use it all day everyday to listen to Court TV while I was working but now I have to keep the app open and my screen on in order for it to play. Kills battery. Miss the old Court TV with Michael and Ashley, and Vinnie debating contributors in-person was way better. Boo new Court TV, why ruin a good thing?

Update no longer supports PIP
I used to be able to watch PIP before update and browse through phone while watching. Now I have to have app open and if I don’t touch the screen the phone will lock. Need to improve app. Everything else is great

Why does court tv enjoy irritating people ??? I never thought I’d say this but the commercials as irritating they were are nothing compared to the screwed up “ be right back “ music !!!!!! Who thought that would be pleasant to listen to !!!! The bing sound makes me understand why people commit crimes !!! Why can’t it just be a silent picture ?

2 steps forward 3 steps back
The change to an embedded app control for live streaming instead of the web page control is a welcome change. However it doesn’t run in background or keep an iPhone from screen locking so it’s quite frustrating. It’s improving but has work to do.
As filler music
I really enjoy watching the trials but, I only gave one star because the frequent, repetitive ad filler music is torturous. Why not some relaxing spa music or something that is not such a turn-off. Come on Court TV. You can do better.
2.0 update is awful!!
Since the update, the app won’t stay on most of the time. Every once in a while it will stay on, but the majority of the time it will start to dim and then the screen will turn off. So frustrating.
Minimize/Loose Place
With the 2.0 update last night I lost so many key features. First prior to update when watching a trials I could save my battery life by going g into a lock screen … basically screen goes black but I was still able to listen to trial using control panel feature on iPhone. Now doesn’t work. Have to have the phone completely on and visually watching trial or else. I’m not able to hear it. Also after the update the app no longer knows where I left off on my trial. In the past, I could go to, for example day 20 of trial, I could open it up to the exact place where I stopped listening. Now after the update app is not keeping track of anything.

Are you kidding me
I just watched a episode from 2024, it’s 2026! Can we not keep current. The “new management “ or ownership is terrible. Not sure why you would get rid of some of the best anchors. Then you decide to keep some of the worst, Vinnie, excluded. He is the only reason I half way watch. The channel has gone down hill and I’m very disappointed in the change. I’m not a fan anymore. Sorry but I’ll be watching something else. I know you will make millions but Court TV is not the same and very disappointing. It’s too bad you have decided to go this way.

Without a search function the Court TV app is useless.
According to Google, the lack of a search function is a popular complaint. Uninstalling now.
It’s changed so much!
Now it’s lots of ads and WE’LL BE RIGHT BACK…and takes forever.
The musical loop with your logo is the most annoying thing you’ve ever done.
I love court TV but this new thing they are doing with the logo loop with the annoying music has got to stop. What made you think that people could tolerate this ridiculously annoying loop?

I followed the football player poison trial right up to the second day of deliberations, but I wasn’t able to watch when the jury reached a verdict. The next day, I wanted to find out the verdict. Ironically, I followed the trial entirely on court TV. But when I looked on your site to find the outcome, I found nothing. Because I couldn’t find anything about the trial on your website, I had to Google the trial. I found multiple sites giving the details of the verdict. But nothing on my court TV app.

No full screen function
Since CTV made changes, the app does not work right- unable to use full screen function, so you just watch a small box about one third the size of your phone screen.
