They made me use it for probation and I’m black I think it’s racially motivated.
No log out options
Lame.
This is an easy app to use.
The only thing I would change about it, would be , I would have a list of the check in times and with that list I would show if you checked in at the scheduled time. It would have to update like every ten mins. I just can’t remember if I checked in or not. Like ten min after I checked in. It would make things less stressful on me and I’m sure others would find it very useful too

Suddenly can't check in
Suddenly added a client ID field to sign in, in addition to the already existing four digit pin.
After five months of logging in with only a four digit pin, I am unable to complete a check in due to the new information needed. There is no client ID provided to sign in. It's Sunday, no one is answering phones.
