Useable. For results, competitions are listed alphabetically which is ok. Should be able to follow certain competitions and have them come up above everything else. I think you’d get a lot more conversion and general use by people if you did. Let people have an account without it being Plus also

Disconnect, need to try connect 10 times to tv, cannot watch final, asks for login when logged in. I want a refund
Needs an option to hide scores and to improve the menu navigation
There are upcoming fixtures on opening screen giving away results of the previous round without any option to hide results. The navigation of menus is confusing, and it should be easier to choose between the full game or highlights replay. There should be a timestamp on the progress slider, too.

Awful
The worst streaming platform I’ve ever experienced. Both desktop and mobile app are just awful. Only way to watch EuroBasket unfortunately. Would give it 0 stars if I could.
A buggy mess
Constantly says connection error even though there is no problem. Logs you out every couple of days, waste of money
Full Screen
Overall is a good app but in full screen mode the screen is tilting to right side and not tilting other way. While using phone holder the clips pressing the sound controls and changing volume. Also my home button and finger reader is staying on right side. I am lefty and it is a bit awkward. Why the screen is not tilting both side like youtube app for example.

App is bugging
It is one of my least favorite apps to use and I wouldn’t use it if I had another choice to watch the Eurobasket. The app is constantly bugging and I am not able to consistently watch games

Barely works
This app is barely working. Avoid wasting your money on a paid service. The app logs you out all the time and it’s not possible to watch a full game. Not worth it!
No box score no box in box playback
Not able to cast to TV and use your device at the same time. No stats which the website does have. Unable to shrink screen like every single video app.
great app
I was skeptical at first because of all the bad reviews but so far it’s been working great and I’m watching the eurobasket with no issues. great quality streams. interface could use some work but for the purpose of watching the games it’s 10/10
Took money for Eurobasket pass, no service provided
Not good, I subscribed for an Eurobasket pass through the app. They charged my credit card but I still cannot access any of the Eurobasket games, and I am always prompted to buy the more expensive Max subscription.
Do NOT download
Paid for subscription on website but corresponding stream would not start (looping back to subscription purchase screen which showed the package as “purchased”). iOS app did not know I had the subscription active (despite successfully logging in) and tried to get me to purchase the subscription again via the App Store. Customer care replied to complaint days later and stated no refund could be processed because no “widespread technical issue was identified”. Shocking stuff and a rip off.

Awful product
No iPad version. No tvOS version. No ability to hide scores / spoilers to watch games later. Terrible video UI. Overall the worst sports streaming product I have ever used.
Eurobasket watching is painful
The app keeps stopping requiring a reload and it doesn’t mirror on Apple TV well without crapping out. In this era of streaming, where so many services have figured out how to do it well, I wish the app would just “work”. I love watching FIBA basketball, but this app makes it a chore.
