Some options/Settings could be better
Example: In browser mode you can click on certain informations (name of pokemon, year, grade ..) and you get directed to the search site and cards can be found directly. Not possible in the app.
Last update issue
Overall I like the app and have had cards shipped to me no problem but there always seems to be an issue with the app. This last update has caused my collection tab to bug out when you scroll to the bottom or then not refresh or hide my cards. Could do with a solid update to make the app more stable

Betrügerische Erfahrung – keine Karte, kein Support
Ich kann von dieser App nur abraten. Ich habe eine Karte gezogen, die bis heute – trotz mehrmaligem Neuladen der App – nicht in meiner Collection angezeigt wird. Seit Tagen versuche ich, den Support zu erreichen, bekomme aber keine vernünftige Antwort oder Lösung.
Geld für einen Artikel zu bezahlen, den man anschließend nicht einmal erhält bzw. in der Collection nicht angezeigt bekommt, ist absolut inakzeptabel. Besonders enttäuschend ist der nicht vorhandene Kundenservice.
Ich möchte mein Geld zurück und erwarte eine schnelle Lösung. Für mich war das eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung. Vorsicht!

Scam
I bought a $25 pack just to see how it all works. I pulled a PSA 9 Nick Kurtz worth $16 and they wanted another $12 to send it to me. That would have cost me $37 for a $16 card. I ended up just accepting their $14 buy back since I wasn’t going to waste another $12 on shipping. Now the app won’t even let me withdraw that money. I’ll just stick with EBay. Stay Away!!

Waste of money
Used this site to open 10 packs for fun to get the “quest” to open 10 for some points, and literally lost money on 10/10 packs, please don’t put your money into this scam, other sites have much better odds.
I been having cash out problems and support team problems
So I been having cash out problems and every time I text the support team they don’t even respond or look at my messages this is one of the worst support teams I have ever dealt with I would never suggest this app to anyone because of the issue and I been having nothing but verification problems and they are giving me really bad customer support

Money grabbing
You just lose money I have packed over 100 pack from 25 dollars to 250 dollars with only 1 above pack price.
And selling back is just as much a crime 75 dollar card but 30 dollar offer I wouldn’t waste money on here unless willing to just give money away I suggest charity of your choice

Scam alert
The application is obviously a way to try and sell cards for more than they are worth in the physical world market, extra fees and shipping to get any money or cards transferred to you increase what you pay ultimately making you sink more money in than the products you are promised are worth in the actual market value.

Worst app
This is by far the worst pack app to use, if you plan on opening packs on this app, DONT. They make it so easy to deposit, but make it so hard to withdraw so you just give up and just lose your money. Opened 20 packs just to lose every single time. Then I wanted to withdraw my last dollars but they made it a hassle so ended up just buying more packs to just get rid of it.

Poor Support
I tried to scan my ID for verification and it just doesn’t go through keeps telling failed. Tried contacting support but nobody is ready to speak or respond via the chat as well. Truly disappointing
Recycled cards
Courtyard used to be pretty good but now they recycle their cards too much. In a 10 minute period 12 cards got pulled and 10 of them were the same three cards. Courtyard made 340 bucks just on buybacks in 10 minutes.

They don’t mind you putting in your money in there, but as soon as you try to withdraw money, they won’t let you
