Courtzy makes it easy to run fair, organized open play and tournaments for pickleball, tennis, badminton, and table tennis. You can also find, book, and list courts. Start a local session in seconds — no sign-in or internet required — or share it live and run it with a co-host. BOOK & LIST COURTS • Browse venues by sport, location, rate, daily hours, amenities, and ratings • View every court and time in one grid and clear Open, Selected, Booked, and Closed states • Select courts and hours, send a request, and get notified when the owner responds • List your venue, set per-court pricing and hours, manage requests, and block unavailable times • Rate courts and report bad listings • Payments are arranged directly with the owner. Booking is free and does not require Pro FAIR ROTATION MODES • Win-Loss Stacking — neutral players enter first, then winner and loser stacks alternate • Elo Matching — balances ratings while varying partners and opponents • Round Robin — maximizes coverage across fresh matchups • Swiss System — pairs similar win-loss records Every mode protects players from long waits. Up Next and Next Match show each lineup and swap candidate’s stack, Elo rating, Round Robin coverage, or Swiss win rate. Assign guests a skill tier from Beginner to Legend; Courtzy members use their sport rating. LIVE SESSION MANAGEMENT • Run singles or doubles on 1–10 courts with live scoring, timers, and full-screen scoreboards • Add courts during play without restarting • Swap with the queue, another active court, or within the same court — scores and timers stay unchanged • Preview Queue and Bench lists, then open the full list or manage players in one place • Add players or friends mid-session, rename guests, and move players between Queue and Bench • Use Fixed Pairs to keep doubles partners together every match • Review every game in Match History and correct both the winner and final score • Optional Break Ties uses winning score margin, then less time played, after win rate and games played tie TOURNAMENT MODE (PRO) Run cloud-backed sanctioned events as open play or full tournaments: • Single Elimination, Double Elimination, Round Robin, or Hybrid Knockout • Elo seeding, best-of-1/3/5 series, and an optional third-place match • Live brackets and standings for hosts, co-hosts, participants, and spectators • Save brackets as images; recaps crown champions and rank final placements CO-HOSTING AND LIVE SHARING • Spectator code — friends follow courts, scores, queues, standings, and brackets • Co-host code — trusted friends get full controls, synced live • Share links open Courtzy directly; anyone without the app can watch in a browser with TV Mode PLAYER STATS AND RESULTS • Games, wins, losses, win rates, score differential, play time, and wait time • Recaps with MVP, standings, and Elo changes, saveable to your gallery • Head-to-head records and per-sport Elo ratings for eligible members FAST PLAYER REGISTRATION Paste a numbered or bulleted list from a group chat and Courtzy extracts the names. Add Courtzy friends with their sport Elo, or assign guests a skill tier in a tap. FRIENDS, LEADERBOARDS, AND NOTIFICATIONS Create an optional account to add friends, explore profiles, compare head-to-head records, climb Friends and Global leaderboards, and receive friend, event, match, and booking notifications. WORKS OFFLINE FOR LOCAL PLAY Local sessions need no account or internet. Friends, leaderboards, live sharing, co-hosting, booking, sanctioned events, and purchase restoration require sign-in and internet.
