Really pathetic and Disappointing
This a pathetic application that doesn’t have any technical support. it has been merely created as a tool of promotion by Punjab Government.
I got vaccinated 3 months ago but still my certificate has not been synced with Cowin due to which I cannot take me next dose.
Provided numbers are number reachable & no one can help you. They are just using this to show case numbers & it’s being run by bunch of layman.
I want my vaccine certificate issue fixed.
Most of the reviews are fake.

Does the job
To download your cert you need to sign up first using the phone number you used at the vaccination centre, then sign in with the same phone number. Goto ‘vaccine registrations’ and select ‘my previous registrations’ from menu and download your cert.
Problems faced by international students.
There are several problems that international students are going to face like:
1) There is no option of booking an appointment for vaccination. What will happen if someone has taken his/her first dose of vaccination from walk-in centres and can’t able to book there appointment for second dose. So, there would be a special option fo international students who can book their second dose of vaccination after 28 days of first dose.( as per the government guidelines)
2) Secondly, some walk-in centre did not take passport as a proof for vaccination, they take only Aadhaar card, so there would be option that students can reissue there certificates, so that they can upload their passport as a proof not Aadhaar card which would make easy for the students to travel abroad.( because mostly abroad countries want vaccination certificate linked with passport )
3) Please merge your data with COWIN, if certificate provided by Cova is not internationally valid.
Please solve our problems because some students have only one week and some have only one month to travel, we are waiting for your reply.
Solve this issue as soon as possible.

Take the following steps to download your certificate
First login using your mobile number provided during vaccination then click on the vaccine registration option available in the right hand corner menu further you’ll see another option named manage previous registration click on this and option to download your certificate will be available

Error during signing up
Downloaded this app for getting e-pass but this app does not let me signing up , no use of this app without signing up! So waste of time ! At this point of time everyone needs the app who works properly with out any error , government developers are really sick! Can you please look in to the matter and solve the issue on priority bases !

Issues with Sign Up
Have been trying for a number of times to sign up as a new user. However, it keeps prompting of some error. When selecting Resend OTP, message is displayed OTP is sent however, it’s not received
The developers were quite unexpectedly swift in their response. Issue has been resolved and the app is working pretty smoothly. Great effort!!

Very Very Very SLOW
App takes so much time to respond. While registering takes hours to process. After registering, take more hours to open. Processes every click for 15 mins .. you just have to sit and wait. Not at all compatible with iOS. Crashes repeatedly. I would have given negative rating , if there was. very disappointed .

Need some improvement
It’s doing a great job by giving us authentic information about the covid-19,but there are some issues in the app which has to resolve immediately like submission of e-pass application and nearby corona patient,hotspot containment zone.
There should be also some features of further steps taking by the government about the lockdown or curfew and which other services are allowed by the government and which kind of market should be opened with the proper information about te timings to open and other steps which is government undertaking in future to help the needy, farmers,shopkeepers, labourers,industrialists etc.

Update required
Please push an update , which includes the active cases and recovered in certain area , and that too be reflected in map as well , so we can get actual picture of what is ongoing active cases in which area and which area is recovering , we know 100 cases are recovered , but from where ? Which city ? A news update column as well where notification for new cases are added to which city and which city is recovering , a red , green and orange zone list of cities! , a notification badge on top of every user that weather they are in red , orange or green zone !

Addtion of chandigarh details
Dear all, the app is very good and gives us lot of facilities to know the stats. I would like to add chandigarh data also as it punjab and haryana common capital. And lot of people from nearby places work in chandigarh. So it would be great if we can include chandigarh in app.
Ecurfew pass option.
Not able to review or check the status of e-curfew pass applied through this application.
Applicants are finding it difficult to get the status and calling to the citizen care no. Which is time consuming and chocking the bandwidth of citizen and govt as well.

Good initiative
Commendable initiative by the state govt. The app not only gives updated data of Corona but also makes available Corona Hospital, Doctor, Nodal officers of police and medical departments beside many more features. Used this app to get online Curfew pass to purchase vital medicine from Chandigarh. Kudos to developers as well as Corona warriors.

Crashing app
Maximum times this app crashes all day and data is also not updated. Please fix these bugs so that it should not crash and there are no files in government orders.
They're only after your data
There is no reason an app designed to simply inform people about the current status of the pandemic need your number and name. The app itself is very unstable and crashes frequently.
The worst part is that carriers like Jio and Airtel advertise this app by sending SMSs to tell people to download this app.
Do not download this app, they are only after your data and they're are much better ways to get news and information about the coronavirus situation.

Amazing
Credible numbers as it’s a state government app. No other state government has taken the pain to release an app for the public. Beautiful UI and features showing the location of Suspected and Infected cases. It would’ve been great if Chandigarh could also be included. Kudos.

Crashing after filling details
Hello i have been using this app for a week and i found it good. But now this morning the update came which asked to sign up, seriously? In times of crises like these all you guys care about collecting our phone numbers and names? Disgusting! Anyway the app still crashes when i sign up! The gov developers are joke!
