Please find a solution
One of the most difficult apps I’ve ever downloaded, it stops working every other week and you’re met with a loading screen. None of us can see when we work, and even with the email schedule confirmation it still doesn’t show updated schedules so there’s really no telling when you go into work. Also, sometimes it says I haven’t even clocked in at all and my timesheet will be completely empty after a 12 hour shift

Not loading
I keep trying to check my scedual but whenever I open the app the only things that load are my notifications and chat my schedule and dashboard aren’t loading and I’ve tried for a whole week to make it load and it still won’t I use my schedule to see who I am working with and now currently I cannot see it. Don’t know how to fix it.

Unable to see the schedule
The schedule stopped loading since last week for a couple days and it’s still not loading for me. I had to rely on my email to see the days I work. It’s unreliable because my boss tends to change the schedule without updating to make it show up on my email so I had to guess the days I work.

Barely loads (if at all)
after an update two days ago, the app doesnt load my schedule, dashboard, or profile at all! no matter what WiFi I use, nothing changes.
My shifts never load (iPhone 17 pro)
Whenever I try to view my shifts anywhere except work or try to see who I’m working with, it never loads unless I’m on the WiFi at work, not even at my home WiFi getting at the very least 1gbps network speed

bro the dashboard aka the home screen has been glitched out for like 6 months now. maybe even more. everytime i open the app it just stays in this infinite loading screen and i have to press Schedule to actually see anything

Change the PDF view. The new update has made it so sections are completely disorganized. It is difficult to look at. Keep it the way it was: section by role and alphabetical in that section. The new pdf view is alphabetical, not dependent by role. Please change this as soon as possible, this is frustrating.
