So disappointed

I was super excited to try this out on my kitchen which I’ve been considering getting wrapped but it doesn’t work. I’ve tried repeatedly to align the tool but it has a mind of its own! I can not get it to work despite trying over and over. Very hard to operate, you should be able to mark out the area with your finger as a back up.

Hard to use. Doesn’t work after a lot of effort

The tapping to define an area is difficult to use - doesn’t anchor easily and never manages to properly match the outlines of an area. The ‘after’ picture almost always identical to before, despite choosing suitable colour and surface. Baffling.
