App never works
This app never recognizes me after I sign in. My insurance card won’t show on the app. The app tells me that it cannot find my vehicle. Every time I try to use the Cover Whale app I get an error message.
Don’t none of the app features work
And I can’t never get in touch with none! Takes to long for them to pick up when you call and even longer for them to respond back via email. Then the employee always quitting then they tell you to get with the person that you were assigned to but you can’t cause they don’t even work there anymore!
Bad insurance service
This insurance is very bad, I did the insurance policy for 2 times, two policy numbers, 2 down payments and the FMCSA didn’t approved the insurance policy yet but today is complete 28 days without work, 28 days unable to work because Claudia Salazar and your assistant Gabriel from Preventty USA specialty insurance hows appears Jonh Medina with licensed agent, don’t know how to do, I’m still losing lot time and money with them, they don’t really know how to do it… my counter explained for than 2 times how to do but they didn’t yet… 😭😭😭😭😭

Ive been in the trucking industry for over 30 years, and I have never seen an insurance app as innovative as Cover Whale. Their app makes managing insurance so much more efficient.
Easy to use!
Cover Whale app has been a game changer for me. I used to spend hours on the phone waiting on hold to get information about my insurance. Now with the app, all of the information is right at my fingertips.
Too long
I submitted a swap in the truck I am using 4 days ago I am still waiting. I am not working since that day and the bills don’t wait. nobody care.
