I think your app is a wonderful idea and the response time to voice to action is swift but it does not pick up a whisper. Given a hypothetical whereas one cannot simply speak above a certain db it could be managed. Just my thought. Thank you for sharing.
Doesn’t send recording
I’m really excited about this app and definitely wanna give a 5 star review. I purchased the plan and extra min, etc…. I tried to do a trial run for my kids, and it sent out my location, but it didn’t send any 3 of my emergency contacts a recording. Am I missing something? If it’s just a location thing, they already follow my location. The recording was what I was most interested in. This could simply be user error and not the app. I will change review once I figure this out. Thank you.

The email verification landed in my spam and after clicking on it I was sent spinning doing nothing and getting nowhere. Can’t get it launched.
Great safety App!
Having the Covert alert app has provided me with a sense of security and a safety net. Knowing that in case of emergencies, I do not need to try and figure out what to do, but rather have an app that can be activated in a matter of seconds that automatically takes care of notifying first responders and my loved ones of my situation is amazing. The notifications go beyond just a text message to emergency contacts to include life data streaming like location and audio streaming that is also available for first responders. This app provides a piece of mind that was not available before. I am grateful for having it. My security is not something that I take lightly, and this app provided me with that extra safety that we should all have.

An amazing safety app!
This safety app is a truly unique and perfected solution that has helped immensely to make me feel safer everywhere I go. With all the crime and violence going on in the world, it helps to feel some sort of security once again when leaving my home. This app provides so many great features that have changed the way I live safely. The ability to send emergency alerts covertly, live-stream audio of an emergency to friends and family, and provide those emergency contacts with my exact location and miles per hour whenever an alert is sent. I would highly recommend it for anyone.

User - friendliness needed
I downloaded the app and based on their social media posts it seemed like a cool safety feature but I was confused on how to use so I decided to give it try upon downloading it. I really wish they would invest in 1 minute tutorial videos on how to navigate the app and properly use the features. Unfortunately I ended up deleting the app because I was so confused on how to use it. I don’t think it’s user friendly as other successful well known apps have designed. At the end of the day making an app user friendly and helping the brand transmit the message along with demonstrating the “easy” usage is what will captivate college students to download AND use the app. I recommend for a third party such as a marketing firm to check it out and come up with a solution plan. 1 minute tutorials done in house should be easy to do if you have the right person designated to it. At the end of the day the brand must look at this at the user stand point regardless of how long they’ve been developing the app for.

Watch out for Scam
I just installed your protect me now covert alert App and it is not working. I purchased minutes and texts. It used 1 text and no one received it. I tried the keywords and it never sent anything. Also the default phrase is not saving. I would like a refund. If the company refunds me or helps me to get it to work I will change the rating. Otherwise I think this is a scam. Too many 5 star reviews. I now noticed the same text is in a few. The concept is great. I wish you are serious business and not just Lucrative for your own financial benefit while scamming honest customers.

Protect completely

Old and alone
Perhaps this is only an illusion of safety as one reviewer commented, but my family and I feel better for having this support. 80 years old and living alone, but active and involved with life. Having a response system like this makes all the difference.
Extra minutes purchased not uploading
I love everything about the idea of this app but I purchased 60 extra minutes of emergency recording time for $7.99 and it still shows as only the 15 minutes of default time, instead of the 75 minutes of total time.
Piece of mind
Having three kids and two of them are always going somewhere, this app gives me some piece of mind. Maybe I watch the news too much but I can’t help but worry a lot! Between natural disaster and wicked people just happen to be in the same place you are I like being able to see my kid's dots moving around, Incase case I can’t get in touch with them.

LOVE this app!!!
This app is perfect for our big family. I get a notification when the kids get home when they get to school. I can see where they are at any time. I feel confident knowing, I know where they are at, and that they are safe. I also love the kids can see my location as well and can see what time I’ll be at home. This app is truly a godsend.
