Bugs, instability, poor interface, designed by someone who wanted boomer republican money and didn’t care about quality.
Pictures??
Camera stopped sending pictures to app. Bought a new camera, deleted app, downloaded new app, and still nothing from both cameras. Brand new batteries, great signal, brand new sd cards, etc.. also, app won’t save any information I input.

Should have left the app alone
The version of the app 18 months ago was great, everything worked, simple design.. the latest is horrible, the interface is too crowded, the ability to go ‘back’ doesn’t work. Find myself clicking it 10x or shutting the app and reopening it. I get two notification for every picture.. , difficult to see which camera has new photos.

Not a single picture since app update
It appears as if this app update has done something wrong with the connectivity for my cell camera. I had daily pictures before the update and now not a single one in almost 2 weeks since the update

I have had trouble with notifications for over six months now. Customer service people are real nice and say they are working on it. I don’t believe the company is working on it or they would’ve easily fixed this. Notifications work for two weeks then they stop, delete the app and reinstall. And then notifications work for two more weeks then stops. I have been a loyal customer for at least six or seven years. I am through with them! ! !

Please keep this app updated. I have to constantly delete the app and reinstall it to get notifications. I have invested a pile of money in these cameras and the app is worthless. Please, please, please keep up with the app. At this time, I will not buy another covert product. As soon as these cameras quit, I’m going elsewhere.

Constantly have to delete and reinstall app to get it to push notificstions. At least 4-5 times a month. AGGRAVATING!!!!

Hit or miss when it sends notifications but still takes pictures on the app. Very frustrating. I’m switching to spartan!
App is not working correctly
I’ve had this app for 2 years and never really had any problems. But the last 2 months I have to keep uninstalling and reinstalling to even get my notifications for a few days. My app is up to date. Could we please get this fixed like yesterday?

Cool concept but there are a lot of annoying bugs. Some we have reported over a year ago and they still go unfixed.
Notifications
Need to fix for the notifications it sends them when they want to and not always it’s very aggravating.

The picture quality is amazing but the app is terrible and needs a complete make over. The app also keeps wanting me to give it access to my photos which is very annoying . I like the way the reveal app works better.
