Fun but Intentionally Tedious
I like this game, and I don’t mind that it’s a grind to build your closet or that you need a lot of currency for each challenge. However… the lack of a sort by price or currency type makes it so incredibly tedious that it makes the dressing portion feel like work. The lack of these features is clearly to make you so frustrated that you just spend real money to buy new clothes. It’s just so gross and speaks to the companies values. Having fun for now, but can see myself being over the disrespect of my time in the future.

Fun but one suggestion
PLS READ——Okay so this game is really fun, and I mean really fun! ive been playing for a while now but there is one thing I think is a MUST to add to the game.
Basically, in the monthly passes when you get hair accessories sometimes, THYE are really random and go to random hair styles. When people buy hair accessories, thye may forget that they have them. So my suggestion is to add a tab or button you can click to see ALL you hair accessories! TRUST ME THIS WOULD BE SO MICH BETTER AND HELPFUL.
For example if someone buys a hair accessory at level 20, then THYE reach level 80, and some of the accessories are unlocked for those levels, they may have forgot they bought it. Adding a button like this would help a lot so pls read this! Ty

Downhill
Returned after not playing for 6 years- didn’t even enter one competition. Everything is different and awful.
Used to be good
I’ve been playing this game since 2020. I loved the excitement it used to give. Since it’s under new ownership, it’s more money driven and has numerous bugs and glitches. It’s more boring and not original and features no real designers anymore. I am unable to borrow from friends and customer service is nonexistent anymore. The game no longer cares what the players want to see or if they are able to play without issues. I am very disappointed as I’ve spent a lot of real money over the years. I am now only playing minimally because of all the issues that haven’t been resolved in over a month. The only answer I get is that they’ll let the IT people know and eventually MIGHT get a bug fix via update….still waiting 6 weeks later…

Going down hill
I’ve been playing since 2019 and am very disappointed in the customer service- or should I say bot service. I’ve had several times when I earned pass points but did not receive and had to contact customer service numerous times who ultimately did nothing . I’m at such a high level that it is hard to just delete the game but am getting very close. They need to fix all the data stuff and offer better solutions .

Game data is corrupt
Have been playing for a few years now and my game has crashed more times then i can count in the last 5 months! Before then never had a problem. I can’t log in for several days at a time and when it does finally let me back in i’m rewarded with a cheap item for my “inconvenience” even though I missed out on completing flashbacks and series that come with great head pieces and props.

Don’t Waste Your Time
I would give this game one star if I could. I have been playing since 2014 and used to enjoy it. I seldom play now. If I had not spent so much actually money on Covet, I would have deleted it long ago. There is zero creativity since EA Games bought it. The high level hairstyles and makeup are poorly recycled versions of lower levels. I am at the highest level they have created. However, I mostly use lower level hair and makeup because it’s better. They no longer use real designers. All the Covet created clothes are hideous and cost a lot of Covet Cash. A basic pair of earrings is $4000. The challenges are always the same. The “Seasonless” Challenges are actually Retro Challenges. You have to have specific pieces to compete. I refuse to spend anymore real money on the game. I have a ton of Covet Cash but I am very stingy with it. I wear whatever I want when I compete. My scores are low, but so what? The prizes are ugly and my closet value is so many millions of dollars over the amount to earn top level that I stopped counting.

Awful money grab
I played this game years ago and it just used to be a chill fashion game. Now it’s just a money grab. You have to buy all these silly over the top prop packs to get high enough votes to win just the pretty lame 4.0 prizes. If you want to score any higher, you will have to buy prop packs to get the votes that win the better prizes. Props ruined a good game and I am definitely going to delete it again. Also the game does not reward nearly enough money or diamonds to even really complete a look or enter multiple challenges. The cost of every item is astronomical. Thinking of borrowing? You can only borrow one item and it takes several hours before you can borrow again. Garbage. And the fact that the game is silent is weird. Add ambient music and sound effects to engage players better.

Been playing since 2016, loved the real brands. EXTREMELY disappointed in the ai slop garbage this game has become, now sadly leaving after 10 years of investment.

Money hungry app!
I’ve been Playing since the beginning of the game, everything has become “buy this with real money to achieve this look that we made so expensive you can’t enter without actually paying for it” I can barely enter a challenge and I have some of the necessary items to enter, then they throw a exorbitantly expensive item that makes it unable to complete it. Not to mention most of them just add expensive items all together to make it extremely difficult to get it all to enter, once again forcing you to pay with real money. Just a money hungry app.

Glitchy
I keep getting hair accessories I’ve purchased removed from my inventory or being unable to join events and they don’t know why. I’ve talked to the support team about it but where they used to be helpful before now they just have a bot responding to my messages and won’t pay me back.
What used to be a good game
I played Covet Fashion years ago. I remember having so much fun with this game, having just returned to the game, it’s a shame to see how much it has changed. No longer using real fashion brands, everything costs way more than it used to, making you not able to play unless you want to spend real money. Very sad to see this good game being ruined

i really enjoy this game i’ve played it nearly every single day for months. i like entering challenges with themes and spending time creating a character that fits, but much like the other reviews, all of the pieces of clothing are so much in app money that is then lost very quickly if you do not pay real money for the game

FIX the game!
I have been playing Covet Fashions for a few years and enjoy the Rallies. I pay to play so I do expect the game to work correctly.
I have contacted support services several times about the same issue that is not giving the rewards earned. Whoever the “support” people are know nothing! They should at least be familiar with the game.
If the problem can’t be fixed then I can’t pay to play and if I get tired of that I will just have to quit!

Long Time Fan Left Disappointed
The use of generative AI in their clothing and art is so repulsive and looks SO ugly every single time. Covet you dropped the ball big time, all you needed to do was keep up what you were doing without falling into AI usage. Boo 👎
The update
I hate the update when you removed being able to choose your own height and body shape. I have removed the game completely due to that, the model just seems generic. Is there a way to bring that back since I did not receive a response to this.

Update: I’m going to give it an extra star from last time. But the low rating is due to 1. I’ve previously owned certain clothing items and have used them in challenges, but as of recently I can no longer find these items in my closet. I’ve noticed they’ve re appeared on the shopping cart and the looks I made with these specific items are no longer in my look book profile. I’ve reached out to customer service about this and they stated that since I can’t provide proof of the item missing then they cannot help me. I stated that I wasn’t expecting these particular items to vanish from my closet nor look book. I mean I didn’t even know that could happen. But I also have a hard time believing they don’t have a data base collection of all personal account information to see if my items were there to begin with. Since I’m putting it out there, I think the whole look section is very glitchy. Not consistent, lots of spaces where previous looks should or used to be… but I digress. 2. I’m not being rewarded my prizes. I’m currently trying to complete a prize of spending 4,000 diamonds. I’ve already spent over 4,000 diamonds but I still have not been rewarded. I’ve reached out to customer service and haven’t heard a single thing from them in 4 days. If they’re “busy” the most professional thing to do is to reassure a customer that they will get to them as soon as possible. However they do not do that. It’s been crickets and it’s been almost a week. The way the prize section so badly miscalculated my earnings I’m starting to become suspicious that it’s been doing this for a while and I’m purposely not getting my prizes due to “miscalculations”. I’ve sent them the photo receipts and even did the math for them, showing how I spent over 4,000 diamonds.. still no response. It’s beginning to feel as if they don’t prioritize customer satisfaction. Ive spent a lot of money on here then I’d like to, but as a customer If I’m not feeling valued or appreciated, I will remove my money and time and find better use for it elsewhere. I will be reaching out to Apple as a last resort to get my situation resolved.
