Bad App - don’t use
This app doesn’t connect to their servers. Therefore, the app doesn’t work. It keeps giving me error messages. I do not recommend this app.
Only applies to testing — not vaccine status.
I am looking for an app to store my vaccine status - I am fully vaccinated, yet there is no way for me to use this app to archive my documented FULLY VACCINATED STATUS. This app is only for testees.

What a user friendly app. Was a bit skeptical at first but it works extremely well. Recommend to other employers.
Very Helpful App and Easy to Use!
I loved that the assessment was very thorough but easy to take. I think it’s wonderful that you can find a testing site or speak to a doctor through the application as well. It’s comprehensive and provides much needed peace of mind.

Thank you for creating this app. I love the fact that all my information is kept private. All businesses and governments need to adopt this platform so we can get back to some kind of normal. I know I’ll be emailing all my local officials!
