CovLiving Basecamp 2026

Basecamp is Covenant Living Communities and Services’ leadership development conference designed specifically for mid-level leaders from across the organization. Held every 18 months, it brings together emerging and experienced leaders for meaningful learning, collaboration, and connection. Throughout the week, attendees will participate in engaging keynote sessions, leadership development opportunities, and interactive discussions with leaders in similar roles across the Covenant Living organization. Basecamp provides an opportunity for leaders to exchange ideas, build relationships across communities and service lines, and gain practical insights they can bring back to their teams.
