Does not support International Covid-19 vaccination certificate
The QR code reader only supports EU Vaccination certificates. The QR code reader does not recognise my non-EU vaccination certificate that has been issued by the National Government. It makes it very difficult to move around Cyprus and retailers are not granting entry. Any feedback would be great developers!

Do NOT work efficiently
For IPhones, the results of tests do not go directly into the app. It keeps asking to scan … However, how can you scan a QR code with your phone if the QR code is on your phone? Fix this issue.

it just doesn’t work efficiently
some phones don’t scan tests others claim them as invalid because of the wrong time used in the app. cant get into bank or cafe because the app for ios and android don’t like each other lol. Do better if you want to implement it everywhere
No support for uk certificates
As title, app needs to be updated for non EU certificates. They are valid, but app is out of date and demands EU certificate and with TAN so tourists from Uk cannot get safe pass which is being demanded everywhere I go.

Just tell me how after receiving an sms with negative test result on my phone, go to euu website and generate my certificate how the hell I can scan it in the app when the app only scan through camera , I cannot import a photo , nor write the code manually , nor have a link to linked it together , so if I’m on the move and not home I cannot use it ? Have to open pc so I will have the QR code on screen and scan it from there ? Genius!!

The use of this app will apply non Continental law that discriminated against particular groups of society! This app is a dangerous tool and will provide more hate in society!
Time is INCORRECT
Time is incorrect with the rapid test, You had over 10 days were people testing and using the app and still today it shows two hours less than the actual time sample was taken!! FIX it as I’m PAYING for it!!!!! In this country there’s NEVER done one thing properly!!
Useless for FlyPass
Only for SafePass which is for Cypriot citizens. All non-EU tourists have to carry the paper format of the “FlyPass” since they can’t get a “SafePass”
