DO NOT BUY A COWBOY BIKE

When something happens, parts take months to ship and the app is USELESS when it comes to getting ahold of anyone to help or provide an update. This company is a nightmare.

Ignoring Safety Issues

I bought a bike costing thousands of pounds from this company. It is now part of a recall and Cowboy are refusing to arrange a replacement, refund or repair. They have went silent and are ignoring customers, as well as their obligations under consumer law. Avoid them.
