Reminder broken, app stuck in past
I didn’t get any reminder of the pickup and my app still says the next pickup is June 24th. It is currently June 26. Not sure if this means the pickup didn’t happen or the app is broken. Nothing on the website to clarify this.

I am new to the area and have only put out my recycle bin twice — met the truck duo the first time and how incredibly friendly, professional and helpful they were was very impressive !

I like the reminders to keep me on track about pick-ups. Would be great to receive ongoing updates about which products belong to certain categories, since this information evolves.
It simply works.
It’s nice to have a simple app from the municipality. It actually works. Tells me when to put the trash out. Gives me some details. I find it helpful and easy. Well done.
No more wondering
I get alerts from CVRD Recycling and no longer have to wonder if the truck is coming, or if it’s broken down or if weather has got in the way. I know same day and also get a reminder the night before blue bin recycling day.
Good app but lacks support
The app is helpful in identifying which products qualify for recycling. However, support questions pertaining to the address search function for recycling schedules go unanswered, providing zero support.
