Issue with getting upgraded to the plan already paid for.

I paid for the Rs.699 plan on July 7, 2025. Though I got my mail from the Apple Store for the purchase there is no upgrade not the app. I’d like it to be rectified ASAP.

After this conversation, the problem was immediately resolved and the app is functioning in an excellent way !!

Today, the app is not getting opened and showing system error. How can the problem be solved?

Good app

I really love this app. It’s easy to use, well laid out, and actually helpful for herd management instead of overcomplicating things. What really stands out is how quick and easy it is to contact support. Any time I’ve had a question, they’ve been responsive and helpful. You can tell this app was built by people who understand dairy operations. Highly recommend.
