Please fix the app
The user experience is very bad m, I even wasn’t able to update my profile!
poorly designed unresponsive insecure
1. I have to keep changing orientation and font size just to fill out the mobicash popup on ipad pro because it's not designed correctly. 2. Instead of offering secure totp (onetime) app password as an option it forces sending code to insecure email every time. 3. it forces enabling and entering location every time even though the location is already entered into my account but the location check precedes the login. Ridiculous. 4. when you search for a product and click on an item to get details, then return to search it brings you back to top of search results completely wasting your time to scroll back where you were and making it much harder to shop.

Does not support larger text size
The app doesn’t support larger text size and at a certain point I can no longer select the Next button at the bottom of the screen, making the app completely unusable. Please fix this.
Terrible app
I have been trying to sign up for half an hour. I put my email it tells me it’s already available . So I press ( forgot password) and get a 404 error. I did this a few times. No use!
I try to call Cozmo and wait for a turn but after a minute of waiting it disconnects.

still 20 years behind te rest of the online shopping apps
they finally created online ordering but when an item is incorrect or arrives damaged, instead of refunding the cash by the driver or even to your credit card or even as credit in the online account on their site/app, they just tell you verbally that you have a credit note. when you ask them to apply it to an order they say yes then don't. when i emailed a complaint they called and claimed a driver is coming to bring the cash right now. instead a driver came and gave me a piece of paper that says credit note and he proudly said the director of cozmo online department says you can tell us to use this next time you make an order, no cash refund as promised on the phone. so basically not only incompetent but also dishonest and they lied to me repeatedly. other services either refund directly to the card or they put the credit on the online account so you can easily use it next order. get better programmers and managers! enough said...

Was expecting better!
The worst shopping app! Everything overlaps. I don’t shop on Cozmo online because of this illegible app.
Blind simulator
I use an Iphone 11 and interface keeps lagging and the tabs are not visible I keep tapping white spaces in hopes to get to where I want to go. it’s like a blind simulator. Doesn’t even deserve a one star. Please fix it even though I think it’s beyond fixing.

Got different things without receipt
The items I ordered were in stock and when I got my order I noticed many missing things and many things were replaced with similar items. We also did not get a receipt. I tried calling customer service several times but no one picked up. And the delivery guy gave me a hard time claiming my house is too far although I had clearly stated my address.

There’s no purchase order history field and therefore no option to review what you ordered.
There’s also no option to cancel your order if the customer wants to cancel in cases where it took too long to deliver.

Spinning wheel of death. Every. Single. Time.
You can try with either mobile data or broadband cable, but you will be unable to order anything because the program is buggy and constantly "searches" for products.
Not sure if it is due to the lousy servers in Jordan, or the program itself.
Either way, it will be faster to take the 2 hours to physically go into the shop to buy your items.
