Incompetent and Inefficient

Live support doesn’t help with anything , wallets randomly going down for maintenance, so many problems. Find a different app to use! These people will process a bunch of your transactions and work fine for awhile, but if you start using them with bulk amounts they will force a KYC. If you submit it, they will ask for more verification at a later time. Basically trying to find any reason they can to withhold your funds.

Cozywallet is best because it’s very easy to use. Simple one app to offer all the features which anybody needs. On top of that they have many useful tools to make your life easier.

It requires you to signup and login, which means its AppStore claim the “no data is collected” is a lie, and also it’s not decentralized as it claims. Beware of this wallet; they can spy on your activity based on your email and other personal info.

Can’t buy crypto

Every time I need to buy currency, I need to contact support to get enhance verification, and at the end I need to ask a friend to buy it for me and then transfer it to my account because cozy wallet takes a long time to fix the issue, this is my 3rd time trying to buy and it doesn’t let me. It is time to start looking for other app!

無責任の恐怖

2000ドルを自身のアカウントに送金したものの反映されてない。サポートはあらゆる理由をつけては時間を伸ばし、最後には無視されてます。新しく問題を申請すると返信は来ましたがKYCなど同じ作業を繰り返しやれと言っています。後悔しますので日本の方は利用しない方が良い。

Scam do not waste time or money

I’d give zero stars if I could. They lie they lie and lie some more. Referrals forget about it. Customer support they say to you “not our problem” they like to solve customers problems by sending screenshots of instructions. My nephew’s parrot could create a better app. Shame on you
