Scan-plan

Seems to be a good app other than the fact you have to pay to barcode scan. That should be included in the free.

fix needed asap

just purchased this app and was really excited to notate all of my food items and have a spot where I can look up recipes with everything I have, but every time I try to open the function to view recipes the app shuts down

Not user friendly

Can’t have the same product name in multiple freezers. The search function is clumsy and annoying. Not intuitive on functionality

Not super user friendly

I was in need of a freezer/fridge/pantry inventory app and this also has shopping list and meal planner capabilities, but I can’t work out how to add my own meals (I don’t need to browse and choose recipes).
The FAQ on this is unhelpful and attempts to contact the creators of the app have been unsuccessful.
I’m considering deleting it and using a different app.

Not worth

Paid £20 for the app and still doesn’t even include all features. Still need to pay an extra £2 per month for an ‘upgrade’. Not worth.

Installed and deleted in less than 5 minutes

When you are trying an app, you should allow a trial period of all its features. The feature I wanted to test the most , receipt scan, is locked and only available for purchase.
So if it doesn’t work then you are down $$
One should be able to test run all of it before purchasing any plan or features
App may be good but I guess I will never find out.

Response from developer

Hello ReaderManiac You can try the app for free for 14 days with all features unlocked. Cozzo uses the Apple trial system and you won't be charged if you cancel before the 14 days are over.

Only works on Apple

I really like this app and I would give it five stars if it worked on devices other than Apple. Unfortunately I’d already paid for the household subscription before I realised this. No one else in my household uses Apple so they are unable to use this app, thus rendering it fairly useless to us

So frustrating

Password reset links are glitchy and freeze
Difficult to follow and unhelpful user guides and FAQ’s
Features advertised are really appealing and have found it challenging to navigate to find easy to follow guides as to how to use them
Tried to use the scan of receipt to import groceries purchased - got a message that I as user and owner of “household” have to authorise myself to use this feature
Have found support request on how to use are delayed in getting a response if a response is even received
Such a shame because the app, in concept and marketing, offer such great functionality that could save time and really help people

Would be incredible if it worked…

Nothing is more infuriating than an app that alllllmooost works. I was really excited, since it looked like it had every feature I wanted.

When looking for recipes with items I already had in stock, it failed to recognize ingredients in recipes that matched word for word with an item in my pantry. Folks I tried for 30 mins and was never able to help it recognize that “canned peaches” = “canned peaches”. Certainly doesn’t help that after entering in your own recipe, you can no longer edit the ingredients.

I also had very little success importing my recipes in from other websites or apps. I must have tried 6 or 7 recipe keeper apps and websites before giving up - for short recipes in particular, it always kept claiming that it could not find any recipes on the page, or gave an extremely glitchy failure screen when importing from another app.

What?

How is this helpful?

Good service

Very good service for those who look for a more organized kitchen. There are a lot of settings but many can be put to default or recommended.

Great choice

It took me a while to understand this app but now i fell that it was a great choice.

All in

I enjoy the app, I find it easy to use. It has every feature that I ever wanted in a pantry/recipe/meal plan app.

I use it very often

I like this app because it's such an easy go to in a rush. You can search dishes and get shopping list instantly!

Want to love it

When it works it is fantastic!! But it’s glitchy and as a ‘member’ of the household—I keep getting notes to ‘renew’ the household membership. The hours of organizing—and it’s just not working. I am pretty frustrated at this point. It was a 50-50 shot it would load correctly….now I down to less than 20% at this point.

Goood

No glitches, crazily customizable and helpful.

Unique

Not like anything else on the market, you have a digital pantry, shopping list and you can find a recipe based on what you have.

Back to the app

I used this app in 2019, but had to stop because of a change to Android phone. Now I got it again on my new iPhone and I'm super happy.

Cozzo

Cozzo has been a great day for me and my family to keep track of groceries. It's simple to add people and make lists for specific times of year.

Great app

Would be nice if there was an option to check things off without them disappearing from the list.
