Utter rubbish

This app is utter trash, it never works. Cannot even log in as the Face ID comes up with a constant error about biometric log in which starts a vicious cycle of it trying to log in with Face ID and then error messages. Repeated attempts make no difference. For how much money we pay this app doesn’t even let you in at the first step. If they cannot even get a log in right what chance is there that the rest of the app is any good, pretty low I’d say. Would not recommend to anyone as it’s a waste of time and space on your phone.

App Still Requires Website Login

Feel a bit annoying having to log in to the CPA website every time I need to log CPD activities or view my records. The app stays signed in, but still redirects and requires another website login. Would be much smoother if everything could be managed directly in the app without repeated authentication.

App stuck in the past

The app worked great last year but now it won’t display the new triennium or 2026 data.

App looks nice but nothing works

Not sure why but I can’t interact with any podcasts. It forced me to sign in to a second browser to look at my personal data (check status of my CPA professional experience application). I can click on lots of nice looking and interesting things but I can’t access them or use them on my mobile phone.

Please urgently address these issues. Either disable them from user view or get them to work.

Only to record your CPD hours

I would think my membership fee will allow CPA to develop an app at least be able to read professional articles and learning some knowledge , after you are an organisation providing industry leading knowledge and experience. So improve on it or hire someone else to do a better job.

Unresponsive and bugs

Waited a while for this release and initial impressions of the UI seem promising the app itself seems to have bugs that need fixing. New courses appear available but don’t link through to content. Previous registered courses are visible but also don’t link though to content of course so that it can be completed. Coding issue with the descriptions of podcasts. Can’t wait for issues to be fixed as the concept of this app is great.
