Pick your poison. One Soccer app is worst. Since the CPL app update it’s gotten better. Can we get a radio broadcast if people don’t have a subscription to One Soccer, like the EPL
Garbage update
Finally able to access my tickets through the app; however, I can’t access my season member number and barcode to scan for discounts at the stadium. It also doesn’t remember my home team and I have to change it every time I open the app. The absolute worst app update ever.
Terrible app
The last update deleted my account, lost all my tickets, all my season ticket and membership data.

Can’t log in since the Apr 2025 update
[edit] Going through the signup process with my existing account email seems to have fixed the login issue. Developers: please ask CPL to notify frustrated users about this workaround.

Looks like I’m not the only user who can’t log in anymore since the update. It’s been over a month, with no fix. Deleting and reinstalling doesn’t help. Sent a support request online, no response. Could the developers at least let us all know what’s wrong?

App won’t work after update, can’t access tickets for game
App was updated, can no longer log into account for my season tickets. Two other people I know who are also season ticket holders can’t access their account after the most recent update. When you click for app support in the App Store, it just takes you to the cpl website, where there is no option to report this bug or contact customer service. As of right now I can’t access my $400 season tickets for the game tomorrow because the Ticketmaster app can’t verify with the cpl app, and there no way to get a hold of cpl to ask for help other than leaving this review.

Updates Aren’t Always Better
What a terrible “update” to this app. I wonder if the developer actually tested the app before making it available. I see I’m not alone… First of all, had to sign up fresh with the same email and password. Really?! Second, they seem to have disconnected this app from Ticketmaster. Now how do we access our seasons tickets? C’mon guys!!!
Except that I HAD to update to use the app, I would’ve just stick to the previous version that worked almost flawlessly.

Just give me what I want
Why do I have to hunt for the score of a game or the current standings?! That should be front and Centre.
New update
The new update sucks. Had to delete the app and then Reload it, create a new profile. My profile won’t save. Nothing is working?
Lost my tickets
This latest upgrade replaced my previous centre circle app and lost all my credentials including tickets. It does not recognize my login anymore.
Ticket manager/feedback
Since updating, season ticket manager is extremely challenging to navigate to. Forces you to go to the team website and log in to ticketmaster there vs the previous app integration.

Junk - Can’t Access Account on Update
We are season ticket holder for the Cavalry. I had no issues with the old version of the app, but now I cannot get into my account. It is so bad that the app will send me a verification code, which I immediately input, and it tells me it is the wrong code. I can’t access my tickets to the matches, or even see the personalized schedule, as a result. I hope this is remedied immediately.

Terrible and useless
The app does not provide a way to add you tickets to your apple wallet.
It also gives you a help button that leads to nowhere.

Unresponsive and ineffective
Every year, I’m asked to create an account. That seems a bit redundant, but I did it anyway when this season started. A few weeks ago, I went to check the standings, and had to log in. The options were create an account, or log in, but when I tapped “continue”, there was nothing to tap to actually log in. I tried to continue as a guest, but that didn’t work.
Tried to create a new account, but couldn’t do that because my phone number already exists in the system. That’s odd because every year, I have to create a new account so if my phone number is already in the system mid-season, why can’t it exist outside the season?!
For the past few weeks, I have tried to contact support using the option in the app. It says someone will get back to me within 24 hours. I have yet to hear back from anyone. At this point, it’s just easier to use the TSN app.

Keeps logging me out..!
This app logs me out continually and I can’t get back in or will not let me sign back on. I am a season holder ticket and makes it very inconvenient to follow my team or get my tickets to my soccer games.
