The courses are either crashing or glitching. You get to the end of a course to submit it doesn’t go through. You completed some of the courses and it doesn’t show completed. Some sections complete but others don’t so you have to keep doing it over and over.

Horrible, convoluted app that barely works, won't even let me launch a course on safari that is required for my actual job. Shut this thing down.

App doesn’t work
I have the app for my job at Bill’s. I first used it for courses but then i wanted to use it to access my discount. I try and open my profile to access my discount and as soon as I open my profile the whole app crashes. I emailed support and I initially had a good back and fourth conversation until it suddenly stopped and I got an email saying my issue was resolved yet my app still crashes when I attempt to access my profile. Still haven’t had a response and all I want is my discount!!

App constantly crashes or freezes, randomly locks you out and half the training I’m supposed to do doesn’t even show up

I’ve just read a review from a year ago saying about how the app crashes, and it’s still the same! Says a course will take an hour, more like 3 because of the amount of waiting time and restarting the app too often!
Terrible.
The courses crash constantly, the window that the actual course displays in, uses only about 40% of the screen meaning it’s almost useless for touchscreen, and the courses themselves are so over-animated and convoluted, that even over WiFi they take an age to load. It’s absolutely useless.
