Funds held after account closure
CPOS accepted and processed a legitimate payment, then abruptly classified my account as “high risk,” terminated the service, and informed me that my funds would be held for 90–120 days.
I provided the requested documentation, but they still did not give me a clear or specific explanation for the decision. In my experience, the process was misleading, unfair, and harmful to my business. A payment processor should disclose these risks clearly before accepting transactions, not after taking control of the funds.
I requested either the immediate release of the money or a full refund to the original payment method. Based on how my case was handled, I cannot recommend CPOS Pay.

Easy to use
The app is very easy to use and efficient! Very professional looking as well.

Customer service 100% helpful.. everything kinda take time to show/appear but they will help you out if you need better understanding & more. Then it’s a nice form of payment if you’re having problems with other payment methods

Still not sure
As far as the app goes it great and amazing concept I love it It makes payments go smoothly and quickly easily super simple but three weeks later I’m still waiting for my $25 referral and then this little Bonus thing I guess you could call they had going on if you uploaded a like 45 second video answering these couple questions they wanted you to answer about how you rate the app you know things like that and after submitting the video supposed to receive an instant $25 I have yet to receive that so I’ll change my review once I receive that $50

Never received the “$25” they say you’ll get when you do this & that.. REAL customer here typing and frustrated because it’s time wasting.. it’s been 2 days I can’t track it anymore & I emailed and there’s nothing. It’s like it’s taking my money because I added a dollar to see if it was legit but to be honest it’s not

They have taken over $800.00 innpayment. I’ve sent them documentation and tried to contact them but no one ever answers you get automatic ai response only. So far they have stolen funds and never responded aid out

Terrible app. They tell you that you’re ready to go and then when you have large transactions they hold your money hostage until you provide a multitude of documentations that should have been required before any transaction. Thieves

Not worth it at all
I wish I could give them less than one star. It has been almost two weeks and they still haven’t sent my payout. I’ve called and emailed many times, but all I get are automated AI responses. Nothing actually addresses my payout issue. The system keeps saying that a support team member will contact me “as soon as possible” . This is extremely frustrating and unprofessional.
