Pésimo servicio

La atención al cliente de esta compañía es pésima. No gasten su dinero ya que les salen cargos extra que ellos no explican y piden que se paguen para recibir su paquetes. No indican ni un número en donde se puede uno comunicar por llamada y no por WhatsApp (ya que la que me atendió Allyson no le resolvió mis dudas). No caigan en la mentira de 2lbs gratis en el primer envío.
