Tablet support The app now uses the full screen on tablets. You'll see your list on one side and details on the other, so you can move between jobs, chats, and notes without jumping back and forth. This works across Jobs, Past Jobs, Calendar, Maps, Chat, Notes, Notifications, Settings, Assets, and Sheets. Dictate your notes Tap the microphone when adding a note and speak — your words appear as text as you go, with a live indicator so you know when it's listening. You'll be asked for microphone permission the first time. Swipe to reply in chat Swipe any message sideways to reply to it directly, the same way you would in other messaging apps. Reply from iOS notifications On iPhone and iPad, you can type a reply straight from the notification banner without opening the app. Redesigned job screen The job details screen makes the state of a job clearer at a glance — a job timer showing elapsed time, clearer status labels, simpler start and stop actions with a confirmation step when stopping, and cleaner task cards and staff assignment. Better job skipping Skipping a job now prompts you for a reason, so it's recorded with the job instead of getting lost. Smoother syncing and file access Photos now upload cleanly every time, with no duplicates, downloaded PDFs open reliably even without a connection, and replying to a chat notification lands the first time.
