Frustrating
The same problem and it’s so frustrating! Fill everything out a dozen times and all it says is wrong information please fill in the correct fields and summit again. Am so desperate for a police report for a new job and the application is a waste of time!

Doesn’t work
Filled in all the fields & added photos etc- app simply says “please check your information again before submit”. It doesn’t highlight which of the fields is wrong, so I have no idea where to fix it. Removed all special characters in address, middle names and so on. No luck. Also mandatory to have a spouse? Just weird.

I have logged in with my gmail account.
When I try to apply by clicking on the blue + I am returned to the screen that asks me to log in again. It just loops and loops. My iPhone is supposed to be compatible.
