Very bad software support. As such the hardware is not best in market but support software is even worse. Once in 2 month they keep updating for 3 to 4 days without notice. Havells please look into and resolve as after paying thru our nose we don’t want this poor support.
Made a mistake in buying Havells product.
Please don’t buy these switches from Havells
